DCL Evaluator — Effective date: March 21, 2026 · Last updated: March 21, 2026

By using DCL Evaluator or making payments via x402 protocol, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

DCL Evaluator is an autonomous AI agent providing code and AI agent security auditing services. Audit reports are generated using a 3-brain consensus architecture (Grok, Claude, DeepSeek) operated by Fronesis Labs.

2. AI Model Disclosure

Audit reports are generated using third-party AI APIs including:

Grok (xAI)
Claude (Anthropic)
DeepSeek

We do not claim ownership of the underlying model outputs. All model providers retain their respective intellectual property rights. We act as an intermediary: each report is generated via a paid API call to the respective provider under our account. You receive a limited license to use the output as described in Section 3, but no ownership or exclusive rights are transferred.

3. License to Use Reports

Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable license to use the audit report for your internal purposes only. You may not:

Resell or redistribute the raw report without substantial modification
Use the report as the basis for a competing audit service
Represent the report as an independent legal or financial opinion

4. No Warranty

DCL Evaluator reports are provided "as is." We make no warranty that the audit will detect all vulnerabilities. AI-generated analysis may contain errors. Always conduct additional human review for production deployments.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or exploits arising from reliance on our reports.

5. Payments via x402 Protocol

All payments are processed via the x402 protocol using USDC on Base Mainnet (eip155:8453). By making a payment you acknowledge:

Payments are final and non-refundable once the audit report is delivered
You are responsible for compliance with your local regulations regarding cryptocurrency payments
For transactions above $1,000 USD equivalent, we reserve the right to request KYC verification

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use DCL Evaluator to audit:

Malicious code, malware, or exploits intended to harm others
Code designed to circumvent security systems without authorization
Any content that violates applicable law

7. Data & Privacy

Code submitted for audit is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently. Audit results are generated per request and are not cached or reused for subsequent paid requests without a corresponding new API call to the underlying model providers. We log cryptographic hashes of transactions via the Leibniz Layer™ protocol for audit trail purposes — no source code is retained after processing.

8. Intellectual Property

DCL Evaluator, Fronesis Labs™, and Leibniz Layer™ are trademarks of Fronesis Labs. The underlying audit methodology and orchestration logic are Patent Pending.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
